WuW Award "Future of Competition" for Johannes Kruse
A jury made up of members of the Wirtschaft und Wettbewerb (Competition Law and Economics) editorial and advisory board (including Prof. Daniel Zimmer, University of Bonn, and Prof. Andreas Heinemann, University of Zurich) has presented Johannes Kruse with the WuW Award "Future of Competition". The award recognizes antitrust scholars under the age of 35 who have made an outstanding contribution to antitrust law or competition economics. According to the jury, the winning article ("Art. 102 TFEU, new guidelines and the procedural framework") stands out among the submissions because it competently addresses a highly topical and practically significant issue – the application practice of Article 102 TFEU – using innovative methods.
