Maj-Britt Sterba has successfully defended her dissertation
Maj-Britt joined the MPI for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn and the Friedrich Schiller University Jena in January 2017 as a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Oliver Kirchkamp and Prof. Christoph Engel, within the IMPRS Uncertainty. Before, she had received a B.A. in Philosophy & Economics at the University of Bayreuth and an M.Sc. in Economics at the University of Amsterdam.
Maj-Britt’s research is located within behavioral and experimental economics, with a strong focus on perceptions of inequality. She received her PhD degree on 12 October 2021. Since June 2021, she has been continuing her research on inequality as a postdoc at the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality” at the University of Konstanz.
