The newly founded Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University Munich awarded Anna Baumert a 3-year grant for the interdisciplinary project "Personalized AI-based Interventions Against Online Norm Violations: Behavioral Effects and Ethical Implications“. Julia Sasse from the MPI will serve as a Co-PI on the project. In collaboration with Jens Grossklags, professor for cyber trust at TUM, Anna and Julia will head a team of psychologists and computer scientists that investigates effects of AI-based interventions as compared to human intervention, the ethical implications of personalising AI-based interventions, and their technical implementation.
